Stride control
When engaging the pedal the user applies pressure in an up and down stepping motion. This causes the pedals to move from side to side. The stride control is achieved using weight release. As you shift your weight foot to foot, you control the distance of travel. With additional weight transfer, the foot pad will travel further and deeper into the stride. The foot pads mechanically edge in order to maintain ankle alignment.

Filling the Gap
Most of the worlds’ fitness equipment has been focused on front to rear linear movement. Treadmill, elliptical, and bikes included. However most fitness activities are not just linear, many sports have as much or more lateral movement. The lateral sports trainer is offering a new way to fitness by bringing you a change of direction. We suggest you fill the gap by offering more verity for a balanced workout.
